Refund Policy

At RetireStack, we want you to have a clear understanding of what you are paying for and what our refund commitments are. Currently, the majority of our services are offered free of charge.
1. Free Tools
The RetireStack Retirement Readiness Calculator is a free tool available to all visitors at no cost. Since there is no payment involved, no refund is applicable. You may use the calculator as many times as you like without creating an account or providing payment information.
All educational content, guides, and resources published on RetireStack.ai are also provided free of charge.
2. Newsletter
The Retire Stack Newsletter is a free weekly email publication. Since no payment is required to subscribe, no refund is necessary. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
- Emailing us at hello@retirestack.ai with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
Once you unsubscribe, you will stop receiving newsletter emails within 48 hours. You can re-subscribe at any time.
3. Future Premium Services
When RetireStack introduces premium features, paid tools, or subscription services in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — If you purchase a premium subscription or paid service from RetireStack and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Details of the premium refund policy:
- Eligibility — Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Full Refund — You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed to the original payment method.
- Processing Time — Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Annual Subscriptions — If you purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund. After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period.
- Monthly Subscriptions — You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Partial month refunds are not provided, but you will not be charged for the following month.
This section will be updated with more specific details when premium services are launched. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes via email.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any future paid service, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and email address associated with the purchase.
- The date of your purchase.
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).

Please use the subject line "Refund Request" so we can process your request promptly. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day and process them within 5-10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date (for premium services).
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly.
- Promotional offers or discounted purchases may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, particularly when we introduce new paid services. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." If you have an active paid subscription, material changes to the refund policy will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
